The third category — serious clients. They already graduated from self-written systems and quite often they need a CRM system either with advanced features or with the ability to improve itself, or ERP system. The latter however is used in big businesses and all of the company’s work is built upon this system which both a warehouse director and a sub-worker must know how to use.
If we talk about a Medium-sized or Medium+ business, then companies usually try to migrate from obsolete software, which does not have fine tuneup, to modern systems which can easily integrate all working systems of the company, starting from a warehouse or order taking to realization and signing acts of completion.
And a system’s purpose always comes to clear refining of business processes of the company, establishing and implementing them based upon the system. This is the way to put the work in order and to make it efficient.
Usually, the process of switching from one system to another in such companies takes up to one year. This is normal. Employees do not feel stressed, minimum of resistance, moreover, a company provides an education on integration. This is a good way of implementation of such systems. Usually after time goes by, they prove their effectiveness and show cost-effectiveness to directors, and most importantly, they show full financial flow as well as touchpoints with clients.
In modern companies, this is the brain of a business model which allows it to earn several times more compared to a manual control.
